Seeing the Big Picture (3 x A0 size)
This document helps the IT Manager to communicate to the Board and to other department Heads about how the IT Department supports the business. Within the IT department it is also used as the primary Operations document, underpinning all project decisions.

Project Approval (A4 size)
This B&IT diagram is a proposal from an IT Manager, seeking approval for consolidation of IT infrastructure equipment.
It clearly communicates to all the affected stakeholders the impact of the proposed changes.

The diagram enables various business managers to clearly understand why the proposal could be beneficial to the organisation. It also provides the means for them to raise and easily communicate any concerns they may have about the proposed change.

Built in fifteen minutes (A3 size)
Stroma® is quick and easy to use – an experienced user built this B&IT in fifteen minutes using elements already existing in other B&ITs. Once created in the model an element can be used multiple times across multiple diagrams, always maintaining its relationships and updating to conform to any changes to the model.

Multiple levels of elements can be displayed within each OBASHI™ layer. In this example four levels of applications are shown. Stroma® can illustrate even the most complex of relationships between business and IT resources.
